Chair Massage

Using a specially designed chair, this massage focuses primarily on the back, neck, shoulders and arms. This short massage can increase circulation, return energy levels and help keep the body injury free.
This massage is geared for both the weekend warrior and the more serious athletes. Its benefits include: helping to prevent injuries, helping prepare the body for athletic activity, helping you to recover faster from workouts and injuries, and enhancing mental focus and concentration.
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension and pain in the body.
Hot Stone Therapy

Smooth basalt stones are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on strategic areas of the body to soothe and relax. A full body massage is then performed by the therapist using both his/her hands, and warm stones, to melt away muscle tension and stress.

We offer both prenatal and postantal massage therapy services. Prenatal massage, recommended after the first trimester, is specifically designed to relieve back, neck and shoulder pain that typically occur with the changes to the body during pregnancy. Prenatal massage can reduce swelling and improve discomfort from sciatic nerve pain. Postpartum massage helps restore the body to its pre-pregnancy conditions, relieves emotional and physical stress that result from being sleep deprived, and provides comfort and nuturing for the new mom.
