Chair or Seated massage
Uses a specially designed chair. Massage is primarily on the back, neck, shoulders
and arms with a session lasting usually 10-20 min. The client remains clothed
and no oils or creams are used.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stone massage is a relaxing massage that uses smooth heated stones. The
stones absorb and retain heat. They are places on key points on the body where
the heat is absorbed into the muscle tissue to help release tension. A light oil
is used along with the stones to massage the body as well.
60min- $70.....90min- $85

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to
release the chronic patterns of tension and pain in the body.

Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal and Postnatal massage - is designed to relieve aches and pains; in the
back, neck, shoulders and other areas; that come with body changes during your
pregnancy. Breathing exercises and relaxation will help keep the focus inward and
give your baby a healthier environment. Massage is not recommended during
your first trimester. Postpartum massage helps restore the body to
pre-pregnancy condition and helps comfort and nurture the new mom.

Sports Massage
This form of bodywork is geared for both the weekend warrior and the more
serious athletes. Its benefits include: helping to prevent injuries, helping prepare
the body for athletic activity, helping you recover faster from workouts and
injuries and enhancing mental focus and concentration.

Therapeutic
Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body to
prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm and stress; which promotes
health and wellness. Various types of strokes and pressure are used to restore
and/or maintain optimal health. Benefits include, decreased anxiety, enhanced
sleep quality, improves circulation, relieves pain in tense parts of the body and
improves the immune system just to name a few.

Face Toning
This is a stimulating, refreshing treatment that will leave you feeling exhilarated
and rejuvenated. Along with cleansing, moisturizing, toning and an optional
all-natural mask, your facial muscles will be massaged along with your neck and
shoulders to leave you feeling fresh and alive.
45min- $50 Can also be added to a full-body massage.

Bring your best friend, your significant other, your coworker, or whomever. Enjoy
your massages right in the same room or in separate rooms. Simultaneous
massages will help you both relax in your own ways. You will both leave more
